Debbie NGAI is our Managing Director. She has over 18 years of solid experience in providing auditing, financial consulting and technical SEC reporting experience. In views of the increasing demands of SEC Compliance and CFO support from the Chinese public companies listing at NASDAQ and AMEX in the United States, Debbie has started up AuditPrep Limited in 2004 to provide financial consulting to public companies based in China listed in OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX.

Prior to her current role, Debbie joined Big 4 audit firm and she has significant audit experience with a wide range of China clients. She became Certified Public Accountant in 1996 and formed a Partnership in Hong Kong since 2000. Her clients' portfolio includes US, Taiwan, S. Korea and Japan etc.

Debbie also has extensive experience on a wide range of financial consulting services particularly for increasing the shareholders value and financial reporting transparency of the Chinese clients, such as Pre-IPO preparation and examination, reverse merger, special acquisition, post-IPO transactions, SEC compliance, SOX404, etc.

Ms. Ngai is a Certified Public Accountant with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Society of Accountants.

Irene LAI joined AuditPrep Limited since its incorporation as our Senior Manager. Irene LAI is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 13 Years of Audit and Accounting experiences in Hong Kong, Chinese and US listed companies. She has significant audit experience in companies with different industry Hong Kong and US accounting standards. She specialized in the areas of merger and acquisition of US listed company since 2002.

Irene is experienced in drafting U.S. GAAP financial statements and strength at consolidation with different and complex organizational structure. She has solid experience in providing assessment and suggestion of improvement on internal control of clients and helps US listed Chinese companies to comply with SOX 404.

She is a Certified Public Accountant with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Society of Accountants. She holds a Master Degree of Arts in International Accounting in the City University of Hong Kong.

Rebecca LEE is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience with U.S. public companies having subsidiaries in China, as well as solid audit experience in the United States. She advises Chinese companies with SEC reporting and compliance, U.S. GAAP accounting issues and Corporate Governance matters. She is responsible for technical accounting role in China and providing advice on complex accounting issues and determining their positions on emerging accounting standards.

Previously, Rebecca was trained in the U.S. and she was an assurance manager at mid sized CPA firm in US for 4 years and worked on audits of various U.S. companies mainly focusing on the technology, and manufacturing industry.

Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Master Degree of Professional Accounting, concentration in accounting and assurance, from University of Washington.
